By bhadmin February 2, 2021

This study examined the level of community integration and its effect on quality of life among three groups of Asian Americans (Chinese, Koreans, and Vietnamese; Nā€‰=ā€‰247). The results of path analysis indicated that social integration was associated with an increased level of quality of life. We also found a significant indirect effect of length of stay in the United States through social integration on quality of life. The findings of the study suggest ways in which community practitioners can promote community integration of Asian Americans, which in turn enhances their quality of life.
